One-on-one, eight sessions total. We will work on your goals, may they be nutrition, fitness, life, and or all of the above.
You pick the days that work best for you.
Do you have an event that you are training for? This is perfect to aid in your event. 

3x week, 6 months

Ready to commit? But not ready for a full commitment? 3 days a week allows you to continue your sports outside of your strengthening class. Giving you days where you can ride your bikes, maybe its meditation and mobility, or it could be a family walk or hike.  6 months allows you to commit without being locked in. Lets you test the waters before the commitment of a year.

3x week, 12 months

You are an active person who needs a place to strength to compliment your daily activities. Having 3 days a week allows you to continue your productive activities. This is a full-on commitment. This will give you a full year to accomplish your goals. Putting your self in a community whose goals are complementary to yours.

With this membership, you will receive a one-on-one personal training session a week. This will allow you to personally meet and focus on things that you would like to accomplish without a full class. May it be on nutrition, life goals, creating a goal.
An unlimited membership comes with this, you will be able to go to classes every day.
